People take centre stage in everything we do. ‘Same as all your competitors’ you say? We beg to differ, in most cases. They want to, and customers are asked for their opinion, but that’s not enough. We take it one step further, and look at things from an extreme user perspective. Becoming one with the user, throughout the entire development process.
A SAMR Design Thinking for Innovation process is exciting. You never know where it will end. This is because we work from the design thinking principle. We don’t think in solutions straight away, but start by taking a step back. Try to pinpoint the real problem. It may be that you’re looking for a solution for a communication issue, but that during the process it turns out it’s not your communication but your proposition that needs a solution.
